EMPLOYEE TUITION

Hollman has a strong commitment to social and community responsibility and an even stronger one to our 200-plus employees. We truly believe that we all benefit when people are given the opportunity to develop, earn an education, and receive the tools to plan for their future. 

That’s why we partner with Dallas Community College – a two-year public community college located across the street from Hollman’s campus – to provide our employees with opportunities to further advance in their careers and future. The Hollman High Education + Learning program (Hollman H.E.L.Ps) is available to all full-time employees plus his or her spouse and eligible dependents. Through this program, tuition and books at Dallas Community College are covered 100% by Hollman Inc.

This effort to give, beginning in our own back yard, was the initial step towards starting something impactful. Since the launch of Hollman Helps, we have expanded our giving across multiple communities and have launched our High School Renovation program.
